The challenge
- A client contacted Cross Rental Services requiring a heating solution during the winter for a marquee based outside of their Italian Restaurant.
- The client explained how they wanted a heating solution which was unobtrusive and would not emit too much noise.
The solution
- Cross Rental Services worked out the heating requirement of the marquee and specified a 30kW indirect fired heater for the environment.
- The heater was delivered and installed within 24 hours.
- Our Installation Technician helped alleviate the client’s fears about noise through explaining how the heater is positioned outside of the marquee with heat being ducted inside. Therefore, this minimises the noise level.
The outcome
The client was satisfied with the heating solution. Ample heat was provided for customers eating outside in the marquee. The client’s satisfaction could be seen by them extending the hire length by an extra 2 months.
