Sales
We aim to make a positive impact through interacting with clients in person, or over the phone. We need individuals who enjoy challenges and going above and beyond in our sales team. From Internal Sales to Key Account Managers.
Engineering
Our engineers both field based and depot-based support the business with technical maintenance, refurbishment and installation of all our chiller, boiler, heating and air conditioning stock. Meeting client needs our top priority.
Business Support
This is the backbone of our business with positions in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and IT. All decisions made here have a significant influence on the success of our operations. It’s an opportunity to develop a fulfilling career.
Operations Support
Our operations support colleagues work to meet the needs of our customers and assist our engineers, either working locally in our depots or in the field delivering hire equipment to locations all over the UK.

Cross Rental Services has grown to be one of the market leaders in heating and cooling system. Established in Andover in 2018 we have grown and have sites all over the UK and Ireland employing over 200 people.
