Cross Rental Services has experienced substantial growth and expansion since it was established in 2017. Our journey is closely tied to the beginnings of two reputable companies: Acclimatise and All Seasons Hire. These two companies laid the groundwork for the evolution of Cross Rental Services into the forward-thinking and versatile organisation it is today.

Currently, we boast a strong presence with nine sites in strategic locations that span the UK and Europe. Our network of sites has been reinforced by the establishment of regional and expanded depots in key years such as 2011, 2015, 2016, and 2023. These strategic locations have played a pivotal role in extending our reach and ensuring close proximity to our esteemed clients.

Looking ahead, our growth trajectory continues with the acquisition of HireHeat, renowned for its expertise in boiler development in the London area. These strategic acquisitions and expansions have not only expanded the range of hire services we offer but have also reinforced our dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction. In today’s changing market, we’re committed to providing outstanding hire products and services that meet the varied needs of our clients.

2021

The acquisition of All Seasons Hire by Cross Rental Services in 2021 solidified our market position, reaffirming our commitment to delivering top-tier temporary climate control solutions.

2019

Subsequently, in 2019, Cross Rental Services attained Swegon Hire, renowned for its expertise in indoor climate solutions. Swegon AB’s proficiency in ventilation, heating, and cooling significantly enhanced our offerings, enabling us to provide cutting-edge solutions.

2017

In 2017, Cross Rental Services was established, combining the expertise and capabilities of Acclimatise and All Seasons Hire into a unified entity. This amalgamation allowed us to diversify our services and cater to a broader spectrum of client requirements.

2015

The year 2015 marked a significant milestone when HSS Hire acquired All Seasons Hire, propelling the latter into a new phase of growth. HSS, a major supplier of tools and equipment in the UK and Ireland, further fortified its role as a logistical and technical partner for businesses of varying sizes, bolstering the services offered by All Seasons Hire.

2006

Simultaneously, in 2006, All Seasons Hire solidified its presence as a key player in the UK HVAC equipment hire market, offering temporary heating and cooling solutions that catered to a range of industries. Its emphasis on quality and reliability swiftly garnered acclaim, establishing a strong foothold in the industry.

2005

In 2005, Acclimatise rose to prominence in the hired equipment industry by addressing the unique heating and cooling needs of the UK market, notably for various large-scale and esteemed annual events. Its innovative solutions were instrumental in guaranteeing the comfort and success of various industry events, such as trade shows, expos, and conferences and conventions, firmly establishing Acclimatise as the preferred choice for customised, temporary climate control solutions at high-profile events.
