Our solution involved deploying three boilers from our extensive range: a 600kW and 300Kw boiler installed on Christmas Eve and another 600kW boiler installed on Boxing Day, per the agreement with the client. This strategic approach ensured a gradual restoration of heating, aligned with the customer’s requirements.
To optimise the system’s performance and ensure reliability, we replaced rubber hoses with steel-braided alternatives. This enhanced safety and durability across the boiler connections, ensuring not only the resolution of the emergency but also efficient, long-term functionality.

Overall, our teamwork ensured this emergency problem was resolved within just six hours. Shoutout to our engineer Rafa, a great show of how hard employees are worked to ensure we meet the highest of standards. His work has not gone unnoticed, and we appreciate the commitment he showed
