Cross Rental Services received an urgent call for help late on a Friday afternoon from a hospital in the South-East of England. Their chiller had failed and they desperately required a temporary replacement.

Our team moved quickly to have an 80kW chiller delivered, installed and commissioned by midday the next day. The fast response enabled the clinic to stay on schedule and allow a multi million pound vital piece of equipment to carry on with its invaluable work.

The Solution

• Cross Rental Services actioned a same day site survey to enable next day system installation

• Our survey showed how we could match our fixings to the existing pipe connections to avoid third party enabling works

• Our site survey also showed that we could use the hospital’s power supply

• We were able to transport our equipment to the Hospital and install it by mid-day the next day
